Seeing the City Workshops
Hosted by
URBAN DIRECTIONS Project Working Group, Faculty of Built Environment and Engineering, QUT and UDAL
Seeing the City explores the qualities of shape, form, scale, height, colour, light and shade of the Brisbane urban area, recognising, understanding and engaging with the particular visual qualities of this subtropical city, at close focus and beyond.
The workshop will analyse and map the qualities of place through the sensual filter of sight and develop illustrative speculations about the future of the city and this region.
This workshop is run separately to the conference but is open to conference delegates as a concurrent session.
